Help - Confused slightly

Im quite new to WW so still trying to get a hang of things.

i bought some big bags of veg from iceland at the weekend one of them is frozen mixed peppers which it says is just green, red and yellow peppers which it says in the book fresh peppers are free but the frozen ones have 26cals and 0.1 sat fat per 100g so do i have to point these?
and i bought meditaranean veg which had courgettes and aubergines onion and tomatoes in these too have about 46 cals per 100g

Also are peas in the can free the ingredients say peas and water?

if anyoe can clear this up for me i would be very grateful

Take no notice of the cals and fat hun, regardless of whether fresh or frozen, all veg are free, apart from peas, which are 0.5 for a heaped tablespoon and sweetcorn is about the same.
