So sorry to hear you are finding it tough.
Now, get your head in gear....you obviously must have thought about the diet and how it works.....you have gone and bought the shakes, which arent cheap, eh! Now, you can do it!! You have had a wee blip, but pick yourself up.
How are you making up your shakes and soup?
I will tell you what I have, but others have totally different combinations.
As soon as I get up I reach for the water, the sooner the better, then I get my quota in for the full day. I have a strawberry shake, but I get around 12-15 ice cubes and crush them in a blender...like a slush puppy!! then with the shake and around 200ml of water, whisk it all up again....it is a bit thicker, but it is nice.
Lunch I have at work and use the on the go shaker that you should be able to get at your pharmacist...and I just have that with ice cold water, around 250ml and this is choc.
In the eve, I swap between strawberry, choc or soup. The soup, I blend in my blender with around 400ml of hot water (from the kettle), whisk it up, then I pop it in the micro for around 40 secs.
Lots of people have different cominations with their shakes and I am sure they will tell you.
Just keep drinking, drinking, drinking the old O2 juice! Have black coffee, tea and peppermint tea as well.
I wish I could say it is easy; it isnt, but the weight loss is incredible and you will get more and more motivated by the amount you will lose. No other diet will offer you this.
You have got to be 100% committed sweetie...just keep your goal in mind. You need this so much. It isnt instant - oh, if only! But, it is fast and you will get there in the end.

By the way, you will be tired for the first few days, say Day 4 once you get to ketosis! Just take it easy...and ENJOY your food holiday...dont be negative either....just keep yourself positive.
