Help dogs names

Deefa has always made me chuckle (Deefa dog .. geddit? )

A friend called her Red Setter Umbrage .. because she said if she and her DH had a row she could always take Umbrage and go for a walk

I always give animals human names - over my life I have had.. Angus, Phyllis, Andrew, Alasdair, Duncan, Fiona .. and at the moment I have a cat called Sarah - and one called Mac - but my son named him hence it's not a "proper" human name!
(Now lots of you are going to say " hang on, my DS/OH is called Mac.... lol)

Dave?

I always wanted a dog called Dave. Dunno why.

My dog Jess already had a name when we got her from the rescue centre. Makes me think of Postman Pat's cat.

And the vets/groomers always mishear over the phone and think she is called Jeff. That would be a good one too!
