HELP EMERGENCY du dum du dum du dum

I had the weekend off (i know i know never again urghhh)

i am so hungry, have had 2 packs today, i need to chew, i usually have chicken but dont have any.. all i have are

pork and lamb chops
and quron fillets?

can i have 2 quorn fillets? will they knock me out of ketosis?

please help i am so so hungry could raid the fridge!! :eek:

Can you not just glug the water? Surely if you keep eating you'll make it worse for yourself? Or are you not SSing?? xx
Try to resist if at all possible hun as you will get into a viscious circle as eating will make you even more hungry.

i was allways doing 3 packs a day and chicken breast but i got no chicken i had the weekend off so am out of ketosis.. and in need of food... if i dont have something i am allowed i will end up just having a dinner and lots of choc later... then be depressed lol..

sod it i am going to have the fillets cant do much harm surely? just cant wait to be bk into ketosis
actually if i am honest with myself, i am just to depressed to do this at the moment, tink i will come back to it next week..
