HELP!!!
Ive been feeling ill since tue/wed i posted about it the other day! im still feeling so sick!
Ive only been having one bar an then a meal a day IF AT ALL because im not hungry at all :(
I havent really been the loo neither and dont kno if this is contributing to it!
HELP! :( Im feeling so fed up!

i think there is a bug going around both my daughters have had it try taking a laxative to get things moving

if you have any oranges you could try putting one in the microw wave for a min or 2 till its warm and then eating that one of my friends does that and she finds it works for her, i cant say how good it is as im alergic to citrus fruit

yes i know what you mean, thats part of the reason i stoped having the shakes i felt like i had flu all the time i cant have gluten and they have it in, im sure you will feel better soon theres nothing worse than feeling crap

Sorry to hear you are feeling ill, a good way to get things moving is to drink a 'shot-size' glass of undiluted squash. It works a treat and isn't too scouring, a nurse once told me about it after I had just given birth to one of my sons and I couldn't have anything too powerful.

I hope you feel better soon.
