Help i hope i haven't messed up!!!!

    Hi I started refeed on Sunday and followed the sheet to the letter and felt really good. Tea with milk is lovely mmm but i only have 2 cups max a day. Am exercising everyday as well as am so scared ill put the weight back on again.

    Well here is where i think i have messed up. Got up this morining had shake and tea, then at lunch had salmon and lettuce with grated carrot plain but lovely. I was hungry there and drank water but was still hungry so i took a few small carrot sticks please tell me i haven't messed up i so want this to work.:confused::confused::confused::confused:

    hey !! you will be fine, i am not sure if you should really be eating salmon in the first week as it isnt white fish but i am sure that you will be fine

    it is only natural to worry when you start to eat again, i was going out of my mind worrying that i was going to gain, i am sure you will be fine

    snacking oncarrots isnt exactly bad is it :D you could've chosen something alot worse so well done and if you do feel the need to snack in between meals just remember to stick to either things like cucumber or carrot or lean proteins, not carbs

    how much weight did you lose?

    Hi i lost 2stone. I really want to keep it off, can't believe i ate salmon and not supposed to S***!! I thought i could eat salmon i have been eating white fish so stupid to have eaten salmon.

    i feel very bloated think it the milk in the tea, but i love milk in tea. I like being slimmer more lol

    Hope i can keep the weight off

    Hi first-timer, the new eating habits we've learnt are great for keeping us on track. Just stick with the programme, make healthy food choices MOST of the time giving an allowance for occasional treats, and add in some exercise. YOU CAN DO THIS!
