    im hung over and desperate for a fry up in my local cafe. i keep thinking i ballsed it up last night by drinking, and eating!!!! :cry:

    last night is done dont carry it on today, be strong, the results will be worth it and you may of not done damage to the scales but that fry up certainly will x

    See how you go for the rest of the day and if you're still feeling peeky, have an orange as Vitamin C helps with a hangover. It would be better than a fry anyways
