I'm on the train to my sons hospital appointment which is a mammoth 6 trains 4 bus round journey plus a good couple of hours walking during the day and I've forgot to bring a shake with me!
The likelihood is we won't be home till this evening about 8pm and I'm on my own with him so can't afford to be light headed! I had a shake at 8am.
What's my best plan of action? I could get to the supermarket to buy a ready made shake like slim fast or would I be best to get a dressing free salad and a boiled egg...I'm veggie so no chicken!
Gahh so mad with myself as I've already bummed today for drinking a tea from mcds with semi skimmed milk cos u couldn't survive the journey without a brew lol
