HELP - Lost my Shake

    Cambridge Diet

    I am at work, and I am going out tonight (so, won't be home until 2am) ... anyways, been on SS CD for a week and lost 5/6kg (Yay for me!) - My plan was to have 3 shakes at work, however, one just dropped all over the Office Kitchen - as I will starve without 3rd one of the day- Anyone got any idea what am I suppose to do? Don't want to come out of Ketosis!

    How far are you into SSing?

    If you are out of the first week or so, then you shouldn't feel hungry even if you miss your pack.

    Ideally you would have your 3rd pack, but if you go without it and just have it when you get in tonight, then you will be fine.

    TBH somethimes I get to bedtime and realise I've only had 2 of my 3 packs, but as I haven't felt hungry I haven't noticed. Then I feel all decadent and drink a yummy hot chocolate in bed whilst watching TV:D

    oh dear. But first - wow - congrats on your weight loss so far. You dont' want to mess that up. Personally, I'd have some cottage cheese or plain chicken as you have long way to go until you get home. BUT, if you aren't actually feeling hungry, just drink loads of water instead and maybe you can buy some marigold vege bouillon from the supermarket and have a couple of cups of that this evening?

    you should be ok, make sure you drink lots of water anyway that really helps fill you up. Why dont you leave a couple of packs in work in case of emergency again like your in a hurry and forget one day.

    Thank you for the responses... I am 1 week and 2 days in.. and my CDC is off on holiday.

    I do feel hungry (maybe emotion hunger - as I am a emotion eater even when I am happy - lol)... Well, I will try to have one when I get home before I go to sleep... I am also worried about my energy level - first big night out since starting!! :)
