Help - low syn lager!

Hi all, does anyone know which lager has the least syns? I cant drink spirits or wine, I only plan to have a couple of half lagers but wondered if the brands have different syn values?

Stella is 5 syns for a 250ml bottle, 7 syns for a 330ml bottle. Carling is 4 syns for a 250ml bottle, 8.5 syns for a 500ml can.
Bud light is 5.5 syns for the 330ml bottle.
Budweiser is 4 syns for a 207ml bottle, 6.5 for a 330ml bottle
Beck's 5 syns for a 275ml bottle

The alcohol section is the most battered and tired part of my book!

Ha ha thanks for that, I dont have my book to hand and have previously only drank spirits. Mmm I'm thinking Carling is the way to go, I cant see where I'm going having Bud Light.

There's a light beer called Marstons Low C, its low Calorie and Low Carb and works out at 4.5 syns per 275ml bottle.
