help me out PLEASE

Hi everyone

I started on Cambridge in august and should be nearing the end of my 12 weeks. I lost 21lbs and fell off big style a month ago. Everyday I try and sort it out but never seem to make even a day. I feel rubbish and then convince myself I don't care. I've tried everything from making lists to charts to buying smaller clothes to get me motivated I never make the day and always make excuses.

Any advice?
 
My sister stuck her list of reasons to lose weight on the fridge and food cupboards.

I've restarted after a 10 day holiday. Today is day 3 and although I feel crap I am just sipping water and telling myself it will be better tomorrow. Water helps me a lot. I also find it better to keep busy.

Do you live with anyone?
 
:eek: are you me??!!! No advice, but you aren't alone. It's my birthday this weekend so I'm starting again on Monday x
