Slimming for my children
Had a bad weekend as been rowing with my husband and then yesterday was my mums birthday.
Just weighed at home and have put on 3lb!!!!!
May be due to the fact my daughter thinks sleep is a dirty word as I find if I don't sleep (and he was up from 2am) I put on.

Any recommendations of what I can do to even just sts by weigh in thurs? X
 
Hey Hun no advice really but just wanted to say I feel your pain! My 11 month old daughter also doesn't like sleep, 5am is now considered a lay in lol. Just stick to the plan and drink plenty of water and hopefully it will pay off x
 
Cheers yea I have my 10 month old who was up 4 times between my bed time at 11 and 2 am and then up for the day at 2 and my 3 year old no matter how late u put him to be he's like a jack in the box at 5am on the dot! X

Eat loads of beetroot, melon and strawberries! Make some super speed veggie soup.

Be 100% on plan and don't go out of your syn allowance. Make sure you have your healthy extras and you'll either sts or have a loss.
