help need when moving from the attack

Can I ask after the attack phase and you move onto the next can I ask a few questions. Just I am going away to work on the QV cruise ship on Saturday so I wont be making me own foods. Ive done the attack since Sunday as thought it would be easier for me to control that!

Do you continue to have the same amount of oat bran?
Plain yogs do you still have to have 0% fat or can you have low fat? (not sure what they will have on the ship)
What other foods do you start to add into your daily foods after the attack phase?

Any help would be great please.

Ooooooh my hubby worked on the QV, in one of the bands. :) What are you going to be doing?

Firstly, have you got the book? It's really useful to have it to hand to refer back to and I find that if I'm lacking a little motivation then reading a bit of it helps!

In cruise, you up your oatbran to 2tbsp per day, which is probably roughly 1 500g pack every 2 weeks for a single person? (Me and my hubby use one a week between us...I think.)

The yogurt still follows the same rules, either muller light toffee or vanilla, or fat free/natural with sweetener and/or flavouring. The only real difference in cruise, is the addition of vegetables on your PV days and the slight increase in oatbran. I have to admit, from what hubby has told me about working on ships, you may struggle to find dukan friendly foods in the canteen but you can manage. I'm not sure how much you'd be able to keep in your room, but I shouldn't think oatbran would be a problem and if you could smuggle in a mini fridge you'd be laughing. Just topping it up with snacks and things when you're in ports. I think meal times are pretty set on board for staff so you'd probably want to plan a few snacks, even if it means smuggling it out of the canteen at lunch time to eat mid afternoon!

I would maybe think about trying to eat healthily while I was away (not too much booze and no puddings) and starting again when I got back.

Hi,

Thanks for that...well at least i can do the attack part till Saturday! Ive lost 5lbs and only started on Sunday so pleased with that. Im working in the creche so lots of time off in port as most take their kids with them plus not many kids go on the cunard cruises!!!

I think I may take some oat bran with me any way as having that in the morning with a low fat plain yougurt will be healthy and filling!!!
