Help neede PLEASE

Hi all,

Feeling really fed up with myself!!!
I was doing great on ss. I got to 6 weeks and nothing could beat me!
Then I started to nibble a little:(:(:(.
I am now on the week 8 and gained for the first time last week(1.25 llb)and the nibbling has got worse!:sigh::sigh:
So far this week I have stayed the same but I am so fed with myself as when I go to eat I go for sweet stuff.
But I was always savoury before? Also I am fully aware I am not even HUNGRY!
I started nibbling around the time I started more excersise.
I wake up each day and think today I will make it through. But by 4pm I am starting to nibble.
Any advise you can give would be great as I really want to do this and keep it off and not go back to bad eating. I have had a few things on my mind but I so want to be stronger. Advise or tips please:wave_cry::wave_cry:

I would say to you that you need to sit down and have a really good think about where you are going!!
You need to get your motivations so clear in your head so that you are all fired up again!!
You know how miserable you feel now, thats a given, so you need to find that wonderful feeling again that you got when you were 100%..
Have you kept any diaries? if so read them....
If not, start one!
Have a look at any pics you took early on and scrutinise the differences, you don't want to put anymore of your hard earned weightloss back on because that is not what you want!!!
Be really tough on yourself, as you will get there!!!

are you on 3 packs or 4? maybe you could do ss+ and if 4pm is when you nibble sweet things then have a mixamousse or something?

I agree with Tilly, and sorry if it sounds harsh, but you need to give yourself a really big kick up the behind! It was week six when my GP took me off CD for a few days, but that suddenly developed into an mighty train crash of a binge for me. I think I had got to a stage where I was comfortable with the diet and thought 'a little bit here won't hurt' except the little bit developed into a whole lot and I gained over 8lbs! I've decided to re-start with a more positive mindset- currently on day 3 and although I'm quite ill I've got that lovely euphoria feeling. The last two days have been hell on earth though, triple what it felt like first time round. You don't wanna go through that do you?? Pick yourself up, dust yourself, say a positive little mantra to yourself and get back on that wagon!

Something that has also helped me is splitting my packs, I really think that is what has got me through the last two days without murdering my hubby2be! ;) I know my weak times are between dinner and bedtime, boredom kills me in an evening. I always save at least half a pack for the evening, sometimes a full one. I leave it out on the worksurface in the kitchen so if I venture in there looking for a snack, its much easier to avoid the fridge and head for the blender.

Also, and I know its said so much, but once you know when your weak times are (for you around 4pm) try and look at ways of planning things around it so you don't have time to think about food. So shut yourself away and read, give yourself a manicure or have a hot bath. Or catch up with Eastenders while posting on Minimins like I do ;) If you have a family to cook for at around that time, try and plan a 'meal' for yourself while they eat. Could you chop a bar up and nibble at that while you're cooking or when you get a sweet urge??

I think the most important thing is remembering why you decided to do CD. A positive mental attitude (my new favourite phrase, thank you Mia ;)) is sooo important. Take ten minutes out, have a good think and you'll be fine. There are some wonderful ladies here who are a great support, feel free use our shoulders to cry/rant/rave on.
