Help needed for this evening!

Hello All

I have posted this here so I dont talk about food in the total replacement section! I have people coming for dinner this evening, It has been planned for a while! I am making chicken for them and I am currently on Day 13 of TFR! I wondered whether it would knock me out of ketosis if I have a chicken breast stir fried (with water no oil) some mushrooms and veg? I was going to just have my soup but I think I will find this really hard! Any suggestions would be helpful as I have to get cooking shortly!
