I wanted to start a thread about losing weight without joining a specific diet or weight loss program.
I'm going to be working with my doctor and fingers crossed a nutritionist whilst I'm at uni - it'll be low fat/low cal but I'm only aiming to lose 1lb or 2lbs max per week because I'm not in total control of my meals.
So, where to post to ask 'general' advice about low fat/low cal healthy eating programs, and steady/slow weight loss!
