HELP! Off Track!


Hey Ladies, i have been on SW for about 6 weeks now and i had lost 9 pounds up untill last week where i put on a pound!.. i was gutted and ended up going off the wago BIGG time.. u name it i had it!!.. i cant go to weigh in tonight as i have a big confrence meeting but im just sooo down.. i need some motivation to why im doing this!!
