Help please confused with points.

Hi

I had a chinese for tea with hubby but im struggling working out my points.

I had mixed veg curry with mushroom - 3/4 tray

Boiled rice - 3/4 tray
6 chips
10 prawn crackers

would someone please help me work out my points for this meal?

There are great lists, especially for chinese and indian, all around this forum. In particular try the thread a few down from this one, "chinese from the chippy- points wise" i believe it's called

make things easier i'm feeling kind! it says full bag of prawn crackers are only 5 points... i dunno if this is true! i hope so!!!!
