I know I should know all this already as I have been on the plan for 12 weeks! BUT...

What is Fast Start?
How do activity points work?
Is there anything which speeds up weight loss - certain foods etc?

I am not going to classes and can't afford to be an online member so I bought the books on ebay! I know that's naughty, but I hope you'll forgive me!

Anyway, I just feel like I might be missing some crucial info.

From what I know fast start is just to get you started. You cook the recipes for your three main meals exactly as the book says. In total you will be eating 18 points, this is the average amount of points people eat I think Im not so sure.

The meals are based on filling foods I think so you most likely wont snack. Hope this helps

You don't necessarily have 18 points. If you're under 14 stone you have 18 over that it's 22.

You shouldn't do Fast Start for more than 2 weeks
do you have to eat just the stuff that the book states for fast start? or is it anything as long as it's 18 points?? thankyou :)
