Green Day Help please. What can I make with these things?

    Hi all I am running short on cash and so I am trying to use up things from the cupboards and fridge.

    I would like to have a green day if possible and I have run out of ideas.

    Any ideas what I can do with what I have for lunch and dinner?

    eggs
    leeks
    frozen peas
    Pasta n Sauce(most varieties)
    Creme Fraiche
    Low fat cheddar
    carrots
    broccoli
    cauliflower
    vegetable stock
    rice
    tin of mushy peas
    tin of chopped tomatoes
    tins of baked beans
    loads of herbs and spices

    I do have some diced turkey breast if needed. I really would like to use the creme fraiche up as I always use a bit and end up throwing the left overs.

    oh you can make tonnes!!

    green veggy soup
    broccoli, leek, peas, veg stock creme fraiche

    vegetable curry - cauliflower, carrots and peas
    the famous mushy pea curry
    with rice

    cauliflower and broccoli cheese using the creme fraiche - maybe bulk it out with pasta and sauce, use an egg yolk to enrich the sauce if needs be

    a risotto-ish with diced leek and broccoli and finished off with the cheese

    a crustless quiche / fritatta with the eggs + cheese+ ?leek? brocolli? turkey

    and for the finale - beans on toast with a fried egg on top! - not original but a classic!

    I made the mushy pea curry the weekend and it really nice. x

    Thank you! I made a risotto and soup! I'm just having one of those times where I lack any inspiration at all!! I think it's because I'm not really losing anymore.
