Am on week 4 and really struggling with weakness and dizziness :( I feel my body craving so much and I've had to eat some meat and cheese this evening to stop feeling so weak ... I am intending to do AAM week next week .

I really don't know whether we should listen to our bodies when we feel weak and dizzy or trust exante that x 3 packs is enough .... Any advice would be very appreciated :/

If you're feeling weak and dizzy then maybe that means you do need some food right now.
If I was feeling like that I would start adding a meal.

No point feeling rubbish when you can just aam a day and feel better.

Perhaps you could try having a fourth pack (soup/shake). Are you feeling like this all day? Perhaps your leaving too long between your packs. You could try splitting them in half so that you eat more frequently e.g. 6 times a day.

I've had this feeling as well but was hoping it was only first week blues. Hope you find a solution to feel better soon. :)

I have the same problem I have no idea if I should listen to my body but have just decided to stick it out (when I feel ill or dizzy or sick) and stay TS when I have problems and so far I haven't died or anything :) (Not sure this is a helpful post just thought I'd share my experience)
