Help? Red Day Healthy Extra B Question

Hello,

I have question.... Does your two choices of Healthy Extra B have to be different or can I, for example, have 4 Alpen Light bars? Is this ok or not advisable?

You can use them however you choose, it's good to vary though, but not mandatory!

Thanks, I have been varying, but today I'm having a curry and was thinking I could have a double portion of rice, feeling a bit hungry!
