Help ! Struggling and weight not dropping! VLCD

    I hope someone can help or advise! I am doing 2 x Tesco Ultraslim shakes per day plus chicken and salad, steak and salad or fish and veg no pots or pasta or bread! Basically between 750-800 cals per day so VCLD
    I have been doing this for 2 weeks and only lost 2lb! Any suggestions? Not in Ketosis either :(

    What's the sugar content of the shakes?

    The Ultraslim shakes aren't designed to put you in ketosis.

    Also, low carb doesn't really work well with low calorie. You need fat in there.

    Are you drinking enough water? When you're dehydrated, your body goes into crisis mode and clings onto your fat.
    That could be it. Can't hurt to up your intake and see if it helps.
