Help what can I do on my Birthday

Hi guys,

I need some advice..its my Birthday coming up next week and i have two meals(Italian I know) and nights out planned which will involved alcohol and food....ahhhhhhh!! I really want to eat something and drink...what is the best thing to eat/drink to limit any damage and not be ill from drinking?

I have spoken to my CDC and she said to have my AAMW that week and stick to vodka diet coke...but then I have been reading that it can make you ill..and now I am worried?

It's difficult to say what would do the least damage in an Italian restaurant as I've never eaten in one. But I would imagine it's a carb fest ... who chose Italian?
Maybe they'll do a chicken salad and you could have a little word beforehand to ask for it plain.

As for alcohol - I never touch the stuff on a diet. It's not that I'm a goody-two-shoes but I'd just rather use my cals on other stuff. Your CDC will probably give the best advice but generally, alcohol and ketosis don't go hand in hand.
