Help with Hex A please


I am more of a lurker on here and always enjoy reading your threads.
I started SW back in June last year but have gone off the rails slightly but am determined to get back on track and get back to target (11lbs) to go!!!!! :)

Can anyone tell me if you can have Philadelphia light as a Hex A choice and if so how much???

Hey Libby.

You can't have Philly as a HexA but you can have it as Hex B on Green.

You can have 42g of full fat Philly, 71g (don't forget the one!) of Philly light (any variety) or 80g of Philly Extra Light (although I personally think it's vile!)

Are you sure its not 57g of the light phillie - that's what it used to be

And the reason you only get it on a green day is for the protein - on the other plans you get your protein from the free foods so SW make you use your HEB for fibre.

Phili light is 71g for HeB on green. I think they have upped the amount from 57g as its only about 4 syns whereas most HeB's are between 5-6.5 syns a piece if not used as HeB. xx
