Help with losing a few kilos

    Hey so my name is Gard from Norway i'm 17 and i was quite athletic (Rowing) however i took part in a theater half a year ago and it basically took up every spare hour for 3 months, after that i really never started to exercise again. So i didn't exercise for about half a year so i gained some weight (just a few kilos however i would like to get rid of them). I'm not as interested in rowing as i was (Rather spend my time on activities that i care more about like Amnesty) so i don't think ill be as active there as i was.

    What should / shouldn't i eat?
    And what sort of exercise should i do and how often? (Want to lose my weight quickly)
