Help with syns please :D

Ok so on 'Syns online' on the slimming world website, it says sainsburys be good to yourself sausages are 1/2 each, but when i go onto 'syn calculator' it says 7 syns each

Also i thought low fat batchlors supernoodles were free but when i type into 'syn calculator' it says 7 1/2 :S

Am i doing something wrong?
Which is right ?

I am guessing you are not selecting your free food first?

Yep you need to include the free food allowance at the start of the calculation. But really, if a food is listed there is no need to work it out on the calculator.
