Hello,

It is actually a myth, there are no exercises which will help you to lose fat from a specific area, the exercises like sit ups can only be used to tone an area.

The best exercise to do is a bit of anything which speeds up your heart rate, jogging, walking, cardio, house work are all good examples.

You need to get into a regular exercise programme and burn fat all over aswell as tone the areas you're not happy with, there is no quick fix as much as I wish there was lol

if you do the sit ups anyway it means that when you loose the body fat, (which you will, you can do it!) you will have the tone already there to flash off. do the sit ups to help tone, and try and reduce your body fat. i've a friend who has had 2 children and you cant even tell......so it can be done...good luck! x
