    hi all im finding this site really hard to get used to each time i come on im on a different diet forum
    ,i have to go to a family meal in two weeks time whats my best option ,should i have a salad and hope not to do too much damage,or start maintenance next week im in the zone an dont really want to stop for the sake of one meal out

    Quite a few people on here have been successful during their diet by having protein and salad during a night out. I'm planning on doing this tomorrow night. I'm going to choose a salad and ask for no dressing and then either fish or chicken, whichever is plainest and cooked in the healthiest way. I'm hoping it won't screw up my week too much. I think we just have to remember to stay away from dressings and the bread and potatoes etc. also, be mindful of ourselves that we don't give in to temptation once we have a bit.Be strong!!!
