    Hello everyone :)

I'm looking to lose 3-4 stone in 6 months :-/

What's the best way for me to achieve this bearing in mind that I work full time 7 days a week?

Would really appreciate help and advice :) x

Simple answer is, burn off more calories a day than you intake. Wish I could help more but I'm more of an expert at putting 3-4 stone on in 6 months.

Simpley put eat less move more, or like Fatman says just make sure you burn more than you eat.

Get a stepper or fold up bike and stick it in front of the tv, the time flies and you end up doing more than intended.

Go for strolls in yours breaks at work.

Reduce carbohydrate intake later in the afternoon /evening.

Increase lean protein and bulk up veggies.

    Don't skip meals or breakfast.

    Allow yourself treats.

Keep a record of what you eat/ drink

Vicky entwistle work out DVD is brilliant to!

Drink herbal teas or sugar free drinks instead of over indulging, chances are your thirsty.

Set yourself a reasonable goal, or when you don't get the results you want you will go back to old ways.

Just some things that help me, hope they may help you . Good luck x
