Can anyone shed any light on the syns in extra lean Pork mince?
The Slimming world app has it at 1.5 per 100g but the online tool on the website and the book has it at 0.5 if under 8% fat (this is 3.9% IIRC)
I've not used any syns so far so either is fine but would be good to know for future reference
