Have a chicken salad with some fat free dressing. Basically you can have what they say you can on ss+ and it won't cause you any problems. Just look on the Cambridge website and it will tell you what you can have
I had a quick look but I couldn't find it. It lists it in your booklets that you were given when you started. I usually have 1 chicken breast 120g marinaded in piri piri seasoning and done in the george forman and then you can have 2tbs of veg on the list but I usually just have cabbage, lettuce and cucumber.
SS+ is much better I think cause you can have a small meal and makes it easier for socialising
