    Hi,

Earl grey tea is tea with bergomot.

Different companies make it with different types of black tea, but the Bergamot is standard.

My LLC told us that Earl grey was ok to have.

It's not allowed on CD because of the bergamot, which is an oil (or something). Maybe LL have different rules on this one.

In one of the foundation leaflets it says earl grey IS allowed.

However I spoke to LLC about it, she asked LLHO and they said it ISN'T allowed.

So in conclusion my LLC said you can try having one, and if it kicks you out of ketosis then stop. Everyone will be different anyhoo.

As its citrius i would guess not, as no form of it is allowed. Having said that im not entirely sure as its very minimal, bet to ask LL themselves
