Wow, that sounds loads.  No wonder I felt bloated.  
Also did C25K week 3, day 2.  (Day one was Monday) 
 
Sneaky peak indicated gain of 3.5lbs but hey, I'm allowed a heavy day.  Drinking water to maybe help with bloatedness.
