Helsbels - getting back on the wagon!

Monday 4th March

What a totlally sh!te day! Went back to work after being off sick and found out my job is now at risk! Feeling funny from antibiotics and had a huge fight with OH!

Ive eaten my weight in twiglets (or thats what it feels like anyway)

Breakfast
On the run so 2 slices WB (HEB) 1tsp lurpak (1.5 syns)

Lunch
Jacket pot with FF cottage cheese/salad

Dinner
Left over gammon in homemade tomato sauce with pasta/veg

Snacks
Twiglets (about 10 syns!)/orange/alpen light bar (3 syns)

Total 14.5 syns (oops)

Thursday 7th march

Back again after being off here for couple of days :( WI today and have put on 3lb! Going to see consultant in 2weeks and must lose some weight or wont be able to start ivf

Necterine/orange

Lunch
Left over quorn spag Bol/rice/salad

Dinner
M&S curry (4syns)/rice/mini popadoms (5syns)

Snacks
M&S sushi (1.5 syns)/necterine

Total syns = 10.5

From tomorrow I'm going to try and only have 5 syns to see if that helps

Sunday 10th March

1st day of AF since hysto and in horrible pain :( craving sweet stuff!

Posh cheese on toast (HEA and HEB) 1.5 syns

Lunch
M&S sushi (1.5 syns)/half packet popcorn (2.5 syns)

Dinner
Beef casserole/mashed pots (1.5 syns)/yorkshire (3syns)/1/4 slice brownie (8 syns????)

Total = 18 (oops) will have to make up for it tomorrow! Starting back at gym - hoping this will help

WI today and have lost 2lb - well chuffed with that :)

Breakfast - hospital appointment so nothing

Dinner - quorn stir fry/noodles/veetee thai rice

Saturday 16th March

Didnt post yesterday but food was like this

Lunch - mccain jkt pot (1 syn)/salad

Dinner - mccain jkt pot (1 syn)/salad/omlette (HEA)

Snacks - M&S Sushi (1.5 syns)/brownie (about 8 syns)

total = 13 :(

Today was bit better plus went to gym for 1st time in a long while so feeling better for that :)

Breakfast - cheese on toast (HEB and HEA)

Lunch - M&S sushi (1.5 syns)

Dinner - chicken skewers/rice/salad/Half flatbread (5 syns)

Total = 6.5 syns :)
 
Sunday 17th March

Just got back from body combat and im dying lol - felt really good to get rid of some anger ;)

Breakfast - porridge (HEB)/kara milk (HEA)

Lunch - home made falafel/cous cous/salad

Dinner - 2 quorn sausage (2 syns)/swede and carrot mash/green beans/roast pots/gravy (2.5 syns) - might have yorkshire (3.5 syns)

Total - 8 (if i haveYP - 4.5 if not)
