Helsbels - getting back on the wagon!

Thursday 10th January - EEday

Well wi day and ive put on another 3.5lb so thats 6lb in total- i thought it might be bad but still gutted :-( back on plan this week (apart from slight glitch today) hope it comes off next week.

Todays foodage

Breakfast-porridge (HEB)blueberries/ml greek yog (0.5 syns)/kara coconut milk (HEA)

Lunch-savoury rice/quorn fillets/salad

Dinner-cajun rice with quorn pieces (2.5 syns)/sweet potato/salad/low fat coleslaw (2.5syns)

Snacks-m&s sushi (1.5 syns)/toblerone (6.5 syns)/popcorn (4syns)

Total = 17.5

Oh boooo sorry to hear about your gain Hun :(
Take it one day at a time it's so hard to get back into it after Christmas !!! :(
 
Friday 11th Jan - EE Day

Breakfast - Porridge (HEB)/Semi Skim milk (HEA)/ff free yoghurt/blueberries

Lunch - left over cajun rice (2.5 syns)/salad/salad dressing (0.5 syns)

Dinner - SW chicken curry (out of new SW mag)/rice/salad

Snacks - popcorn (4syns)/alpen light bar (3 syns)

Total syns = 10/15
 
Sunday 13th Jan

Didnt put diary on yesterday - was out all day and knackered last night so here it is

Breakfast - 2 slices wb (HEB)/1 egg/2 WW bacon/mushrooms/onions/baked beans/1tsp lurpak lighter (1.5 syns)

Lunch (well more of a snack) - chinese mugshot

Dinner - 2 M&S low fat sausage (2 syns)/roast pots/turnip & carrot mash/brussel sprouts & leeks/parsnips/1 yorkshire (3 syns)/gravy (2.5 syns)

Snacks - special k biscuit (5 syns)/wasabi peas (2.5 syns)

Total syns = 16.5 (oops!)

Todays foodage

Breakfast - potato and onion omelette/mushrooms/2 ww bacon/1 wb (1/2 HEB)/beans/lurpak lighter (1.5 syns)

Lunch - homemade curried carrot and parsnip soup 1 wb (1/2 HEB)

Dinner - homemade meatballs (1 syn)/pasta/tom sauce (2.5 syns for red wine)/salad
 
Monday 14th Jan - EE day

Breakfast - porridge (HEB)/ML greek strawb yog (0.5 syns)/blueberries/Kara milk (1/2 HEA)

Lunch - curried carrot and parsnip soup/M&S sushi (1.5 syns)

Dinner - Mexican bean bake (2.5 syns - used phili light) (1/2 HEA)/SW chips

Snacks - Alpen light (3 syns)

Total syns = 7.5/15
The mexican bean bake was absolutely lush - put some quorn mince in to pad it out and used 1/2 herb stock pot to flavour quark/PL - def having that again :)
 
Have had a bad couple of days with work and home and its totally reflected in what ive been eating :(

Ended yesterday with a humungous chinese takeaway, didnt bother going to WI because couldnt have handled anymore bad news!

Todays food is just as bad, so far have had:

2 alpen light bars (HEB)
Half packet cheese/leek/ham batchelor pasta n sauce (1 syn)
Veggie patty wrap from subway (probs about 20+ syns)
Packet of low fat snacks from M&S (5syns)

Then out tonight for friends leaving do which will involve shed loads of booze and loads more crappy food :cry:Dont think theres any way to salvage that!
 
saturday 19th Jan

Well last night ended up getting totally pie eyed and had a stinking pizza for supper :cry:so completely off plan!

Today was slightly better

breakfast - quorn sausage (2.5 syns)/2 wb (HEB)/1 egg/mushrooms/beans

lunch - nothing

dinner - SW chicken curry/rice/edamame beans

snacks - popcorn (5 syns)
total - 7.5 syns
 
saturday 19th Jan

Yesterday i was ill - couldnt keep anything down so didnt write in diary

today felt a bit better

Hey Hun, I'm feeling a little bit brighter, the last weeks been awful! WI today and lost 1lb which I'm happy about, have Bren trying hard this week just hoping that it starts to come off again. How are you? X

I'm good had a good food day yesterday but today I've eaten like a horse !!!! :(
 
Havent posted for a couple of days - its been manic, trying to get passport sorted for emergency trip to Athens before start next IVF cycle, plus just had new carpet fitted so house has been bomb site - im knackered :(

Back on it today though - determined going to lose this xmas weight!
