SW quiche - mushrooms/courgette/onions/ham/fat free cottage cheese and cheese from allowance (HEA)
Savoury rice stuffed pepper
Spinach salad
(maybe some potatoes if mega hungry)

2 hifi bars (HEB)

Mouths drooling just thinking about sw quiche -mmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Savoury rice stuffed pepper sounds lush how do you do it do you bake it in the oven ??

Cook the pepper in the oven until its slightly soft, make the savoury rice up - i like to add more veg to it like finely chopped mushrooms/courgettes/onions and maybe some cherry toms then stuff it in pepper and put back in oven till its brown - would normally put some cheese on top but using this for quiche (mmmm quiche)

Oh thanks sounds scrummy and like something I could do lol !! :)
 
It was nice but could have done with some cheese - everything tastes better with cheese haha!

Saturday 13th October - EEday

1 M&S low fat sausage (1syn)

2 slices toast (400g loaf - HEB) - 1tsp lurpak lighter (1.5syns)

Left over SW quiche (HEA)
left over stuffed peppers

Cajun chicken
Smashed BNS and sweet potato with sweet chilli sauce (1 syn)
Sweetcorn salsa - corn on cob/tomatoes/red pepper/spring onion/chilli/lime

Snack
Muller light coconut and dark chocolate sprinkles with strawberries
Hifi light (3 syns)

total syns = 6.5

Lost 1.5lb - so basically what i put on last week lol! Im happy though because thought had put on. Think might be all the veg have been eating (all the methane im producing wont be helping the ozone haha) x
