Monday 22nd October - EE day (and crappy day at work!)

So tempted to eat rubbish because really really bad day at work - didnt give in though (wheres that halo), will see what happens tomorrow though!

If the worst thing you had was a jelly worm then that's really good !!! :)

Did you get any sushi???? I'm addicted lol! I know its stupid but felt soo guilty after eating it - even thought was way within syns :(
 
Thursday 25th October - WI Day

Lost 2lb tonight which chuffed about - finally got half stone award - yeeehhaaah ;) Dreading tomorrow - its works halloween party so loads of booze and naughty food - going to try and curb the drink so hopefully wont be tempted with the other goods!

Saturday 27th October

Just got back from pizza express :( cant believe have wasted so many syns on the poor food that we got! Nevermind!

Forgot to log diary yesterday -

Sushi (1.5 syns)
D - Didnt have any because was drinking (naughty naughty!)

Total syns = 13 (not too bad)

Today EE day

Pizza express cannelloni - SW book says 11.5 syns - im not sure if this is excluding 6 syns for HEA cheese so im going to leave it at 11.5 syns (btw it was awful!!)
Side salad with no dressing
Semifreddo - works out 9.5 syns!!! I should have checked the website for lowest calorie deserts - will learn from that one!

Total syns = 22.5 - suppose could have been worse but could have been a lot better if had of done homework 1st :cry:
