    slimming world
    I've done sw on and off for so long and I know that I am doing the diet right but today I just feel like I've done it wrong.

    no breakfast! Got up too late!
    hx a 350ml sk milk hx a 350ml sk milk
    hx b hi fi bar
    hx b hi fi bar with quark, lemon juice and sweetener

    potatoes (syn free chips) mushy peas, eggs, covered in curry sauce made of tomatoes, onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander.
    Wetherspoons 5 bean chilli and nachos 4 1/2
    jumbo snack a jack 3
    tiny bit of scan bran cake 1

    I feel like I have screwed up.. I guess cos I haven't had so many free foods because i got up so late and missed breakfast. :break_diet:
