Here goes - 5lb loss means down to 18 points!!

OK, a new week and off to a good start with my 5lb loss from last week!
Losing those pounds also means I lose a precious point though..
So it’s 18 points a day this week.
I'm going to try not to go too far under and have loads left over like I did last week because I know that can make me plateau later and i've also purchased some bananas for my breakfasts - thanks for that idea! So yesterday:

Tuesday 13th April

I agree with WMBB bananas are a great start to the day. I sometimes done feel like brekie and rock a banana and take away coffee in the car driving to work

I just add some mild curry powder gradually to extra light mayo and make sure its all mixed through. It tastes really nice.

I had the most ridiculously stressful day yesterday and used it as an excuse to go a bit mental as can be seen from my whopping amount of points. So even with the points I’d saved I’m still 11.5 over. I know its not following the rules but I am going to make a pot of no points soup today and eat that for main meals for a day or two to try and salvage something from the week before WI on Tuesday

This is my 1st week on 18 so I’ll let you know! I have done this before and still managed steady loss even on 17 points. I always try to exercise too though as I think you need that extra boost
