Thanks everyone !

Today we went shopping and there was a MASSIVE selection of food places! I knew we were having a chinese takeaway tonight so i did my best and had a subway, I just hope ive pointed it correctly....

Brekkie: usual banana and coffees
milk 2pp

dinner: steak n cheese 6" sub with salad and hot chilli sauce on wheat bread - 10pp

Tea:

Naughty takeaway chinese:

half of sweet n sour chicken (not sure how to point 5pp ??)
half a fried rice (6pp??)
prawn toast 4 triangles (9pp???)

1.5 glasses of red wine 6pp
bacardi and diet coke 2pp

wow! busy day so havent noticed being hungry which is nice!! definately an improvement to last weeks indigestion. :)

Just finished my tea and feel really full after it. I doubt it will last but at least i have loads left :)

edit: had 1 ww choc biscuit 1pp in bed

Absolutely full to brim. I couldnt finish my chilli, ive been full all day since the spag bol dinner.... maybe my belly is getting used to 26pp after all....?!?

Our night out tomorrow, I'm going to try and stay away from wine, naughty nasty points!! Bad news my husband is fancying the local indian restuarant!! So thinking of ways for damage limitation....any tips would be gratefully received.

sit down indian meal 1/2 basmati rice, chicken poneer, 1/2 chips, 1/2 keema nan, 2 glasses of red wine (8pp)

i dont know how to point this so will assume all my weekly points and rest of daily points are gone!!
 
Woke feeling very hungry, must be all the food last night.....

Dinner: 2 eggs 4pp with 1pp's worth of cheese = 5pp

Tea: lightly dusted cod fillet 6pp, corn on cob 2pp, uncle bens rice (1/2) 6pp, chips 6pp = 20pp

Really think im going to gain this sat, wouldnt be suprised atall with my chinese sat night and last nights indian! really hope I havent undone everything
 
Well..... weighed in today...

lost 0.25 lb phew!!!! really pleased as i have been feeling bloated and worried i'd put on!:)

So my husbands been craving this chinese buffet all you can eat place for week so i promised my him that if i lost this week we'd go. Well it was hardly a loss but a loss is a loss so we went yesterday daytime.

Havent a clue how to point it but i didnt stuff my face and left there with a comfortable tummy.

For tea I cooked lamb steak, homemade chips and rice = 14pp

Today we went to yorkshire to see husbands nanna, we went for a carvery.

Ham = 4pp
Roaster potatoes x 3 = 6pp
Gravy = 2pp
Yorkshire pud = 1pp

Then nanna made us salmon sandwich (6pp) and trifle (...???pp)

Then just had a small roasted chicken leg with a pinch of salt (4pp?) no skin!


I've eaten alot today....back to it tomorrow!!

23/26 but need to point trifle...she said it was low fat custard and carnation thick cream on top, we all had a small bowl each just a little bigger than a ramekin i'd guess.

good luck with WI. todays diary looks soooooo nice! (although im not too keen on brandy,hubby loves it but i much prefer a nice vodka & cranberry :D.) xx
