I'll fill in the details later on....but hoping that keeping a food diary will keep me honest been at slimming world too long now not to see the target!!!
Breakfast :
Hex B: 35g Porridge
1 tsp honey (1 syn)
Hex A: 250 ml low fat milk
Lunch:
Spicy speed soup
Snacks
Muller Light
So far 2 coffees and 2 ltr of water, 1 diet coke
off to the zoo tomorrow with the in-laws so will need to prepare a lot of SW food tonight
