Here goes....

Day 1 started.

Am going to set myself up a weightloss diary -hopefully to keep myself motivated and to kick myself up the proverbial if I start to waiver. I have no illusions about this - week 1 is tough, but I can't put it off any longer.

It's 13 weeks to Christmas :)eek:) so that's my focus right now - had my first shake made into 2 hot drinks (Chocolate of course) and am just going to take it one (shake/bar/soup/whatever) at a time.

Need to set myself some milestones - just to keep things interesting o_O ha!

Just to update... my 'here goes' - got up and went. I didn't get further than day 1 - darnit! Anyways, Monday was my new Day 1 Take 2 and tomorrow I'll have been on it for 5 days. I've started a thread in the diary section and that's where I plan to keep track.
