Hi All

I have struggled to hold on for last couple of days because I'm so poorly with dreaded lurgy and flu - I've finally given in and got some hot chicken soup to eat - I know its not the end of the world so I''ll focus on getting myself straight and then back on it 100%

Do you know what Marge - I genuinely don't feel bad - I feel a lot warmer and fuller now - sometimes our bodies need fuel - this is hard enough when you're feeling on top of it so when you're not well I think you have to be sensible x
