Right so i have just started to go to WW after many failed attempts at other diets...i lost nearly 2 stone last year on SW but put it straight back on again after some sad times...now i cant get back into that so thought it time i tried something new.
im hoping that by doing my food diary it will help me see what i am actually eating and some of you lovely ppl could give me some advice aswell!! :D

Day 1:
B: OSS rasberry with semi skimmed milk 3pts
L:Be good to yourself BLT 4 1/2 pts
D: Lamb Mince with tomatoes and mushrooms 6Pts

snacks: 2 Satsumas 1 Pt
WW triple chocolate bar 1 1/2 pts
WW pot bakes sour cream and chive! 1pt
Total:17 points 3 saved for a sneaky glass of wine maybe!!

i have tried to plan ahead, might not eat all this and then i can have two glass of vino!!! :gimi:

best of luck!! my diary keeps me on track I've been 100% for over 2 weeks and I put that down to religiously tracking everything.

well i stuck to the plan last week, i wasnt able to get to the computer over the weekend but i wrote it all down and managed to stick to it! hopefully by thursday i will have lost some weight!!
today's track!
B: porridge and semi skimmed milk
2 satsumas = 4
Lunch: pasta salad; lettuce, tomatos, cucumber, carrot, some extra light mayo! =4 points
Dinner: 2 ww toast with 2 fried eggs and some fried tomatos! =4 points
Snacks: WW cheesy puffs 1 point
WW youghurt 1/2 point

-13 1/2 hmmm maybe i need to have something else to eat as i am going to the gym later on!

Well last thursdau i managed 5lb loss!!!! yipee!!!
unfortunately the last couple of days have been bad... i have had parties and girls night out! so for the next couple of days i am going to try and stick with 14 points a day just to see if i can get rid of some of the weekend weight!!!

Rhubarb and WW vanilla yoghurt-1/2
D: 60g Pasta dried, tuna and sweetcorn and extra light mayo- 7.5
2 points left for snacks!!

Hi, I also lost 2 stone with sw last year but got bored of the diet and fancied a change so also joined ww, enjoying it but just find it hard at the weekend when i want to maybe have a tipple or 2!!!!!

Oh god yeah i am the same!!! last weekend i was sooooo bad, i ended up not eating very much this week at work to try and make up for it...still lost 1/2 pound which is better that putting on weight which is what i thought was going to happen. i have changed my drink from large glasses of rose wine to vodka and diet coke. it does the same trick but is a lot lower calories and points!!
off shopping tomorrow to stock up on all the right things so there is no temptation!! fingers crossed i loose a bit more next week!
