hexb query

Hi, is it ok to split hexb's, for instance can I have 1 alpen bar and 2 ryvita? Both are 3 syns and I presume have same amount of fibre etc. Do you think it will hurt? Not to make habit of it of course but it will suit me better to do this today. :thankyou:

I have done this in the past (ie- instead of having 2 pieces of ww bread, had 1 piece and 1 Alpen Light bar)
I don't think it makes that big of a difference.

i do that with milk and cheese as there no way i have 350 mls of skimmed milk. so i have half and then 14g of cheese
