    congratulations on your weight loss so far, that is very impressive! :D I too have a lot to lose, and am plodding along nicely on a total lifestyle change, healthy eating and exercise, daily walking and an exercise bike!!!! :)

    You will get lots of support on here, we are a friendly lot :)

    What is the Kee diet? I've tried so many and failed too many times, so now doing it all by myself :rolleyes:

    Encouraging to read about VLCD producing such great results, well done again!
    :) How often will you weigh yourself? I am weekly, every monday morning :eek:

    WOW, that's amazing.
    I bet youre proper chuffed.
    I'm doing exante and am thinking of switching to kee, cos you can buy as and when. On exante, it only works out cheaper if you buy a month at a time, and I can't really afford that.
    I'm guessing with those results you would recommend kee?
