Hey ladies

Posted a few weeks ago saying i was going to start CS, bought the packs and never did it!! Haha same old excuse work caught up with me!! A few weeks of nights and im nacked and staving!! Anyways i have 3 weeks of work now and im gunna give it a go sole source!! So I'm going to start tomorrow and see how it goes.......

Start Weight 14 st 10lbs
Goal Weight 11st
