Hey all!! 1st of may 2day, do a may weightloss goal w/me!

Everyone is doing so well! I've finally begun to integrate some exercise into my dieting thing so hopefully the pounds will be coming off even faster!

:cry:Gutted, only lost 1lb this WI. I did so well losing 11lb in 2 weeks was sure i could do another 10lb in the last 2 weeks but due to this set back i dont think i am going to make goal:cry:

oooh, just realised there are nearly 2 weeks left in may, as i do a monday WI, i will have to weigh myself on sun 31st instead of monday so i could lose 9lb in 2 weeks couldnt i????

I am gonna make sure that i stick to DC 100%, i am finding that i am really full after my meals but then get really hungry within a couple of hours, so....... i am gonna split my meals up and have half at a time, that way, i am still eating the same, but more often, does anyone think this could work??

Nice going all! another 2lbs for me, but finding it hard at the min, need to pick up the pace if I want to shift the other 4lbs before month end!
 
grrrrrrrr! the gym scales weren't working last night! dammit! i'm loathe to weigh myself anywhere else coz i need the consistency. i hope they're working tomorrow when i next go. booo. it looks like i haven't lost anything, but fingers crossed for tomorrow! x

I'm working away from home so took start weight on friends scale but will do my proper weigh in back at home, thursday morning.
Its been a chaotic week and didn't actually start cal counting until yesterday but have tried to be good, and done 3 to 4 hrs walking every day ( with a 7lb baby strapped to me !!) so hoping for some loss.
Fingers crossed and I'll let you know Thurs xx
 
My weight is still ok, but im starting to get exhausted already from working in the night shift. Any really helpful advice that you can give? Thanks.

I am a maternity nurse (glorified baby nanny). I live in with a family, work 24hrs,14 days at a time and teach them how to care for baby, get it into routine etc. It makes diet and exercise very difficult and haphazard but I do my best.
Just realised I won't have computer access till saturday so will have to record progress (or not :sigh:) then. Good luck all xx

Well I think we can safely say May is gonna be a write off for me. Only a 0.5lb loss this week means I've still not shifted my gain or even started on losing any extra. Oh well, there's always June.
