Hiya everyone.

Yet another newbie here. Thought I'd pop on and say hello! Have never really taken dieting seriously, until I looked in a mirror a couple of weekends ago and realised I had REALLY let myself go, and it was time to make a change.

I'm not really following any plan, just eating less and doing more exercise - starting with an hour on the wii fit a day.

Decided to join up because, well a little motivation can go a long, long way.
